Overview
Chips can enter the motor adjustment slots on the Supermax YCI 40 knee mill and cause damage to the
spindle carriage and housing eventually making the Z axis unreliable
Solution
The defect can be resolved by fitting a cover over the slots or by covering the slots with silicon
