TB032 Rev1 Obtaining Control Parameters
In software prior to v 6 00
Overview
This document describes how to compile all the following control parameters into a file called ?info txt? and
how to copy these parameters to a floppy disk for safe keeping in the event that you may need this information
at a later time This information may also become pertinent for Tech Support if troubleshooting of a problem
becomes necessary Software versions 6 00 and later have this capability via the F7 Report
feature found in
the F7 Utilities
menu Therefore this information will be helpful in obtaining control parameters if the
software version is prior to v6 00 or in cases where the software cannot be successfully loaded

In order to obtain the information enter the following commands from the C >CNC7 prompt
C > cd\cnc7
C >CNC7> cnc7conv dc >>info txt
C >CNC7> cnc7conv dj >>info txt
C >CNC7> cnc7conv dp >>info txt
C >CNC7> cnc7conv dw >>info txt
C >CNC7> cnc7conv dt >>info txt
C >CNC7> type * out >>info txt

Insert a floppy into drive A
C > copy c \cnc7\info txt a \
Go to your PC to print out this text file you can print this from Windows Notepad The file itself can be
emailed to support@centriodcnc com or the printed version may be faxed
