Mori Seiki Before the CENTROID CNC Retrofit
     

What a great retrofit this machine is! CENTROID has simplified retrofitting a Mori Seiki turning center with our Mori Seiki CNC retrofit kit!

The T-400 AC Brushless CNC control configured specifically for a Mori Seiki makes installation a snap. We only had to drill and tap 6 holes to complete the Mori BB/SL-1 retrofit that you see here!

  Our CNC systems come factory assembled and tested ready for installation. Common PLC functions are preprogrammed for you. This install will take an experienced installer only 2.5 days. These very accurate machines make excellent candidates for a CENTROID Upgrade. Programming parts on the new control is much easier. Many new features are added like Tool Check stop and restart the job at any point makes getting work thru the machine faster and more accurate.
     
               
                   
    Anyone can learn to program and run a CENTROID CNC control. Intercon conversational creates the part program for you. Just type in the dimensions from your print, Intercon will automatically creat roughing and spring passes for you. Easy threading cycles as well. You can see graphics of your part before and during machining. Tool Check lets you stop and make adjustments to your tool offset or your program while you are cutting the job so you can tweak in the part just like on a manual machine.
