The CENTROID DX1 is a compact, all-in-one, single axis CNC control designed to be used in a variety of single axis rotary table or linear positioning applications.
Using industry standard G-codes combined with CENTROID’s user friendly operating interface, DX1 programming is fast and simple. Memory holds up to 10 programs with 99 different steps. Programs can be looped to create extensive programming possibilities. Operators will appreciate the DX1's Auto homing feature which restores zero locations after being powered down or in the event of a power loss.
The remote cycle start and cycle finish allows the DX1 to be easily integrated into existing machine tool operations. The DX1 is especially cost effective when purchased as a package with a CENTROID rotary table. CENTROID has a complete line of rotary tables in stock ranging from a 5C collet indexer to a 12” rotary table. All models are cabled and ready to run with the DX1. Containing its own servo drive amplifier, the DX1 can command a wider range of servomotors ranging from 7 in. lb. DC motors up to a 2-kilowatt AC motor with the option of 110v or 220v power source.
